With extensive experience building best-practice, value-based clinical programs in NY, NJ, DC, and TX, I collaborate with organizations to design and strengthen therapy programs that are both effective and sustainable. From building multidisciplinary models to training staff in trauma-responsive practices, I support teams in delivering high-quality care that fosters healing, resilience, and long-term change.

I've also co-founded POETIC, a Dallas-based nonprofit serving vulnerable youth and adults, which earned the Texas Women's Foundation Young Leader Award (2019) and the Holloway Family Foundation Visionary Leadership Award (2021).
